Are you a group who would like to develop sports activities and get more people involved in physical activity? Do you need a small amount of money to make it happen?
Derbyshire County Council is offering Sports Action Grants of up to £1,000 to groups to provide activities that:
• Encourage more people to take part in
• Encourage volunteering within sport sport and physical activities
• Improve performance in sport
• Promote healthy and active lifestyles
We know community organisations can make a small amount of money go a long way – and that a
small grants fund is an effective way to help local people come together to improve their local area.
