Under 13 County Trials
Derbyshire Netball Association is holding County trials for Under 13s (2022-2023 School years 7 and 8) on the 3rd September 2022.. Attendance at these trials is by nomination from a club coach or teacher. Selections for the 2022-2023 Under 13 squad will be made on this day
VENUE: Allestree Woodlands School, Blenheim Drive, Allestree, Derby DE22 2LW
TIME : 9am to 3pm (approx.)
COST : £5.00 (payable on the day)

INFORMATION FOR PARENTS AND ATHLETES
- Derbyshire Netball is under no liability in respect of personal injury, loss or damage caused while attending this activity.
- Please dress appropriately in navy/black skirt, white top, lace up trainers. NO CLUB UNIFORM, COUNTY UNIFORM OR HOODY
- No spectators are allowed during screening
- Personal information provided will be kept on file until the squads are announced. Information on unsuccessful athletes will then be securely disposed of. Successful athletes will receive the Derbyshire Performance Privacy Notice on joining the squad
PARENTAL CONSENT
- My child is in good health and I consider her capable of taking part in the County activity.
- I have completed the medical details and consent that, in the event of any illness/accident, any necessary treatment can be administered to my child.
- I also understand that while coaches and Derbyshire County personnel will take every precaution to ensure that accidents do not happen, they cannot necessarily be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered.
